At Le Fournil Doré, we believe time is our best ingredient. Our sourdough starter has been fed daily for over 30 years, giving our breads an incomparable texture and exceptional shelf life.

Located at the Parc de la Boverie, we work exclusively with local organic flours, respecting the land and the expertise of our farmers.
